The Asset Management is realized through the implementation of the following tasks:
Technical management
Environmental management
Health and Safety management
Management of insurance claims
Commercial management
Plant performance monitoring, supervision, analysis and improvement
Management and Optimization of O&M Contract and Services
Site Visits / Inspections
Interface with authorities and regulatory compliance (licenses)
The above tasks provide input to compile the regular standard reports (monthly and annual or as otherwise agreed with the Asset Owner)
